Can I return my order?
After receiving your order you can communicate your intention to return it within 14 days. Your intention may be communicated through the email firstname.lastname@example.org. Your intention may also be communicated by sending the model of free resolution but this is not mandatory.
If you make use of this possibility, WINEPT will send within 24 (twenty-four) hours, an acknowledgment of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal on a durable medium (for example, by email).
In what situations can I return my order?
In addition to the right of the Customer to return the order within 14 days of receipt, the products will, in case of damage, be promptly replaced by WINEPT.
If there is any error in production/packaging, responsibility of WINEPT, the product may be replaced / returned. In the case of customised products, WINEPT reserves the right to analyse each case and accept, or not, the return.
When any product marketed by WINEPT is damaged and the customer wants to claim for that reason, should send a photo as proof, as well as save the product (s) said damaged (s) to proceed to return. In case of no return of the damaged products, the new exchange product will not be sent.
The WINEPT in case of damaged product, does not make more than a reshipment for replacement.
WINEPT ensures the utmost care and safety in the preparation of all orders and for this reason is not responsible for damage from transport of products.
How is the return made?
The refund of payments made by the Customer will be made through the same means of payment that was used in the initial transaction. Alternatively, the Customer may expressly indicate that he/she wishes the refund to be made by another means, which will not imply any costs for him/her. In particular, and with a view to speeding up the refund process, the Customer may indicate the bank account details (IBAN and respective holder) to which the refund is to be made.
Do I have to pay to return my order?
If the return is due to an error in processing, the responsibility will be assumed by WINEPT, and the order will be collected, supported by the company itself. The collection takes place at a place and date to be agreed - the time being determined by the carrier itself.
If the return is due to a reason beyond the control of WINEPT, the customer must bear the reshipment, through a carrier, to the address WINEPT, SA, Rua Dom Pedro Cristo nº67, 6ºB 3030-394 Coimbra, Portugal.
In both cases, the order should be properly sealed so that it can be handled by the carrier responsible for the return.
Can I cancel my order?
In case of cancellation by customer's option, without any fault imputed to the seller, the following rules apply:
1 - The customer can cancel the order receiving the full amount if he cancels it up to one hour after paying the order;
2 - After that period, the customer will have to pay shipping costs, even if the value of the order has the value of the shipping costs included in the purchase price;
3 - If the customer decides he no longer wants the order when it is already in his possession, without any damage with it or a delay of more than 2 days in delivery, he is responsible for paying the return postage and shipping costs of the same. In this case, you will be refunded the full amount you paid, less the cost of postage and packaging.
