A Wine of Water.
After a careful selection of grapes from different Alentejo varieties, this wine undergoes an 8-month maturation period in the bottle in the waters of the Alqueva, at a depth of 30 metres.
The result is a wine that in the glass is bright, ruby and concentrated with faint hints of violet.
On the nose, it has an impressive focus on primary fruit notes - red fruit jam, ripe plum. It shows notes of chocolate and mint, slight black pepper.
After much swirling in the glass, it leaves evidence of light and elegant barrel toast.
Alcohol content 13%.
