The Alentejo region benefits from the warm Mediterranean climate and clay soils that provide the ideal conditions for the production of high quality grapes.

Casa Santos Lima takes the best advantage of the Syrah grape variety and created this wine from the best selection of Syrah grapes, having benefited from a nine-month ageing period in French and American oak barrels.

It is a wine of well defined colour, with intense aromas of ripe fruit such as plums and wild berries well combined with soft oak notes. It pairs perfectly with food and has an excellent ageing capacity.
