The century-old vineyard, planted in granite soil and facing east, on the slopes of Serra da Estrela, has mixed grape varieties where Baga and Jaen are predominant.
Full of flavour, it has spicy notes with hints of forest, followed by red fruits. In a lighter way, this Conciso has plenty of vivacity, with a velvety and fresh texture.
For Robert Parker, "it's worth buying it just to smell the aroma of crushed cherries", having awarded it 91 points.
For the Wine Enthusiast, the classification was 92 points, with a comment of "joviality that will have a good future".
